Do you work alongside existing architects and designers?
Absolutely. We frequently operate as the dedicated PM alongside a client's own architect, designer, or consultant team — providing the delivery structure and oversight without interfering with the creative process.
How is your PM fee structured?
We typically charge a percentage of the construction cost (usually 3–6% depending on scope and complexity), or a fixed monthly retainer for larger programmes. We provide a clear fee proposal after an initial scoping call.
At what stage should we engage you?
Ideally at the very start — early PM engagement produces the best outcomes. However, we regularly step into projects mid-stream to resolve issues and restore control. It's never too late to bring in professional management.
How do you handle cost overruns or contractor issues?
Prevention is always the priority — our risk registers and change control protocols catch most issues before they become overruns. When disputes arise, we manage them directly on your behalf, supported by contract documentation we maintain from day one.
